This is preparation, not certification.

  • You apply yourself, on the government's own site. We never sign in, apply or send anything for you.
  • The government decides. Finishing a course is not a certification, and nobody can promise an approval or a contract.
  • What you pay us for is help getting ready. It is not a government fee. Each course tells you what the government itself charges.
  • We never ask for a taxpayer ID, a Social Security number, a bank number or a password.

"No fee found" means we found no government fee, and no official page that says "free" in those words. Check the program's own page before you start. A member enrolled in all courses gets each new course when it opens, at no extra cost.

The strongest shared lesson

People fail on paperwork and deadlines far more than on the merits.

The same pattern showed up across the programs we studied: one missing document, a window that closed, a request that went unanswered. So every course teaches the same habit first. Gather the papers before you click start.

60 daysSBA's help pages say all documents are due, or the application closes
7 daysto answer a request from SBA, its help pages say
True on decision dayyou must still qualify when SBA decides, not only when you file

These clocks are from SBA's help pages for its certification site. Each course says what we could confirm for that program. Go by your own screen.

Inside a course

What is in a readiness course

  • Lessons

What the program is, who it is for and what it asks, in plain English.
  • Am I ready?

The questions the rules turn on, and what each answer means for you.
  • What to gather

The documents to have in hand before you start, ticked off as you go.
  • The application

Each step in order, and where people get stuck.
  • Sabrina

Our AI assistant answers your questions inside the course.
  • Your readiness packet

The course and your own checklist, to print or save as a PDF.

The free help

You can do all of this without us.

APEX Accelerators (opens in a new tab) are government-funded offices that give one-on-one help with federal contracting. Every course here ends the same way: you file the application yourself, with the government.

The scam pattern

Nobody has to pay to register.

Be careful with companies that charge to "register" or "certify" you. The government never charges to register in SAM.gov, and only the government certifies. Real government email ends in .gov.
